Small Batch Pancakes

BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1 tablespoon oil (any kind)

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, add milk, egg yolk, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry flour mix and stir

  4. On medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet then pour the pancake mix into the skillet and cook to your liking. Enjoy!
