Brown Butter Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 heaping teaspoon salt
1/4 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown butter, room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well then add rolled oats and raisins. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine brown butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Add egg, milk and vanilla extract and blend well.
Add dry flour mix to wet ingredients and blend until fully incorporated.
Scoop dough (I used a 3 tablespoon scoop) out and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 11 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cookies rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
